     Caramel Brownies

Ingredients
1 german chocolate cake mix
1/2 cup melted butter
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1/3 cup evap. milk
1 bag caramels
2 cups chocolate chips
 

Instructions
mix first 3 ingredients, divide in half. mix 1/3 c evap milk and caramels in sauce pan, melt.
press half of the cake mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 pan. bake for 350 for 6 minutes. take out of oven and spread 1 cup chocolate chips, pour caramel topping over chocolate. take the rest of the cake mixture and flatten pieces of it. cover the caramel topping with flatten pieces of cake mix. bake 20 minutes. spread rest of chocolate chips over top.
