     Egg Foo Yung

Ingredients
6 eggs slightly beaten
1 cup cooked shrimp, pork beef or chicken chopped
1 cup bean sprouts
¼ cup finely chopped green onions
Egg Foo Yung Sauce
1- 14 ½ oz can chicken broth
 
-1 tbsp cornstarch (will thicken liquid, use more if needed
-2 tsp. soy sauce

Instructions
Mix all ingredients, fry in hot veg. oil, place spoonfuls in pan to make patties, push egg mixture into patty as it cooks. Cook till done, usually a little golden brown. Serve with Egg Foo Yung Sauce
Egg Foo Yung Sauce- Mix using a wisk, the broth, cornstarch and soy sauce, cook on high stirring till thickened, pour over Egg Foo Yung Patties.
Serving Suggestions
Goes well with Chow Mein, Fried Rice, Sesame Chicken.
