     Hilda's Health Rusks

Ingredients
1 KG Self-Raising Flour - 7 cups
75 gms Sultanas/Raisins
8 mls BP
75 gms Apple Rings
10 mls Salt
250 gms Sunflower Seed
500 gms Museli
100 gms Chopped Walnuts
400 gms Brown Sugar - 2.5 cups
 
2 Eggs
500 mls Yoghurt/Buttermilk
500 gms Marg- melted

Instructions
Mix dry ingredients. Beat eggs and stir in yoghurt and Margarine. Add liquid to dry ingredients. Mix well. Bake 45mins in three tins at 180C/350F Cool and cut into squares or slices. Dry in oven at 100C/200F for 4-5hrs until brittle.
