Cook with turmeric, ground roasted cumin, bay leaf and asafetida
for 5 min in pressure cooker or longer on stove.
Olive oil – fry chopped onion, tomatoes, garlic and ginger, curry
powder and garam masala until reddish brown.
Add veggies- carrots, celery and Indian squash; 5-10 minutes
Mix it all, thin with chicken broth, garnish with cilantro.
Add pasta.
