     Lemon Meringue Pie

Ingredients
1 tin condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 lemon rind, grated
2 eggs, separated
1 pie shell
Pinch of salt
 

Instructions
To prepare- preheat oven to 350 degrees
Beat egg yellows and add to condensed milk. Add lemon and rind and mix. Pour into pie shell. Beat egg whites till stiff (adding 6 tbsp sugar 1 by 1, beat well in between). Spread on top. Bake 30 min. till brown.
