     Meat Roll Ups

Ingredients
1 lb. peppersteak
Pepperidge Farm herbal seasoned stuffing
Flour
Crisco
hot water
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Sprinkle steak with seasoning.
Roll up and then roll in salt, pepper, and flour.
Brown in Crisco until brown. Remove from pan using meat drippings and add hot water and flour left over from dips make gravy.
Return meat to pan and bake.
