     Barbequed Beef

2 lb. english roast
1 cup beef broth
1.5 cup ketchup
1.5 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tsp. dry mustard
salt and pepper
butter for sauteeing
1 TBSP worcestershire sauce

Roast the roast in beef broth (enough to cover the roast) for about two hours at 325F. Save broth fromt he roast.
To make sauce, combine the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 1/2 hour. Add sauce to shredded beef roast.
Add some of the broth from the first step too. (1-2 cups)
Return to covered roaster and roast on 300F for about 30-45 minutes. Don't roast too long-check to make sure there is enough juice.
