     Pecan Cheesecake Pie

Ingredients
1 graham cracker pie crust
8 oz cream cheese
4 eggs, divided
3/4 cup sugar, divided
2 tsp vanilla extract, divided
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/4 chopped pecans
1 cup light corn syrup
 

Instructions
Beat cream cheese, 1 egg, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tsp vanilla and salt at medium speed until smooth. Pour mixture in pie crust.
Sprinkle evenly with Pecans.
Whisk together corn syrup, remaining eggs, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tsp vanilla and pour mixture over pecans.
Back in oven at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Cool for one hour.
