     White Chicken Chili

Ingredients
1 (40 oz) can great northern beans
1 (12.5 oz) can chicken
1 (10 oz) can green enchilada sauce
1 (4 oz) can chopped green chiles
32 oz chicken broth
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
2 Tbsp dried minced onions
1 10 oz. pkg. frozen white sweet corn
2 Tbsp chili powder
 
1 Tbsp cumin
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp cilantro
salt and pepper to taste
heavy whipping cream, optional

Instructions
Combine all ingredients. Heat until combined. Simmer on medium low for an hour.
For a creamier chili, use about 8-10 oz of the whipping cream. For a thicker chili, make a warm water and flour paste and mix into the chili.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with your choice of shredded cheese and tortilla chips and garnish with fresh cilantro.
