     Molten Chocolate Pudding Cakes

Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
i egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup canola oil
 
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp sea salt
8 oz. bittersweet chocolate

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Mix ingredients flour through baking powder in a medium bowl. In another bowl, mix together remaining ingredients. Make a well in center on dry ingredients and gradually add egg mixture.
Grease 8 ramekins. Divide batter between ramekins. Add 1 ounce of chocolate to each ramekin, pushing into center.
Bake 20 minutes, or microwave individually 35-40 seconds. Dust with powdered sugar.
Nutrition- (per cake) 219 calories, 4 g protein, 22 g carbs, 10 g total fat (2.2 g sat fat), 2 g fiber, 374 mg salt
