Cook vinegar and sugar together. Beat cream and egg. Add flour to cream/egg mixture and beat again. Stir all into the vinegar and sugar while boiling.
When cooked and mixture is smooth add mustard and salt.
If 2/3 cup sugar doesn't make it sweet enough, add a bit more sugar. The amount of sugar really depends on how strong your vinegar is.
