1 uncooked rice of your choosing. Rice blend is favorite
2 quarts chicken/turkey broth
3 Tablespoons Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 chopped onion
4 stacks chopped celery
1 green pepper chopped finely
1 Tablespoon season salt
2-3 dashes tabasco
Instructions
Boil carcass and pick meat off bones, discard carcass or boil 2-4 chicken breats in 8 cups water.
Add rice and cook as directed on package.
Add additional ingredients, seasoning to your taste. Add additional water if too thick.
