In large skillet sautÈ onion in oil until tender. Add green pepper, zucchini and garlic, sautÈ until vegetables are tender, stirring frequently. Add tomatoes and their liquid and the seasonings. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low, simmer until heated through. Stir occasionally to break up large tomatoes. Before serving, sprinkle evenly with cheese, simmer about 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
