Heat oil in a wok.
Add the onion and garlic. Cook them until they are brown.
Drop the ground chicken, then cook it.
When the chicken is cooked, add frozen peas and mix it a little bit.
Add some oyster sauce to the chicken. Git it a stir. You can add more sauce if you like.
Let it boil for a minute before adding 2 tbsp of evaporated milk. Mix a little.
Then, sprinkle little pepper and cook for another minute and it will be ready.
Serve it over rice or over pasta.
