     Mangalorean Egg Curry

Ingredients
Grind to a paste
5 red chillies (roasted)
2 tsp coriander seeds (roasted)
a pinch of ajwain (roasted)
a pinch of methi seeds (roasted)
a pinch of jeera (roasted)
1 onion (chopped fined) (roasted)
1/2 coconut (or half a can of coconut milk)
Salt to taste
 
For seasoning
One onion finely chopped
2 tbsp of oil
Recipe for 6 eggs

Instructions
Grind to paste all the ingredients for the masala. Put the paste in a vessel and boil along with 4 cups of water.
When the curry is boiling, lower the flame and break the six eggs one by one into the curry. Add salt and cook till the eggs are done and remove from the flame and keep aside.
Take another vessel, put some oil in it and fry one chopped onion till brown. Pour the curry over it.
Boil for a while and remove from the flame.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with rice.
