500g Carrots, diced
|

500g Sweet Potatoes, diced
|

500g Parsnips, diced

75g butter
|

Seasoning

Instructions |
|
|
Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil.
Add sweet potatoes & carrots and simmer for 5 mins
|
|
|
Add parsnips & simmer for 15 mins, drain well.
|
|
|
Return to pan and stir over medium heat until excess
moisture has evaporated. Mas and stir in butter and
seasoning.
|
|
|
Serve
|
