     Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients
1 c butter
2 Tbsp dijon mustard
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp chopped garlic
1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
splash white wine
2 lbs shrimp (raw)
 
Instructions
Combine all but shrimp in sauce pan to melt. Arrange shrimp in bake dish. If raw, bake at 450° for 10 minutes. If cooked, just heat through.
