Ingredients
2 packages dry yeast
1/4 c warm water
1 tsp sugar
--------
4 & 1/2 c flour
1 tsp salt
3 eggs
1/3 c oil
1/2 cup warm water
 

Instructions
Combine top 3 ingredients and set aside in warm sport for 10 minutes. The mix will expand and become spongy.
Next combine last 5 ingredients. Add the yeast mixture, combine, and knead for 7 to 10 minutes. Set aside in warm place for 1 hour. Punch the dough down and shape into Torah shape. Brush on beaten egg white and bake in pre-heated oven at 350° for approx. 35 minutes or until golden brown.
