Combine dry ingredients & set aside. Mix eggs,
oil, orange juice, lemon rind, and juice together.
Add sugar, then all the dry mixture (it will be
wet). Turn on to floured table top. Cut dough in
half. Knead until dry but pliable. Roll out to 1/8
inch thick and cut with 3 inch round cutter. Fill
with 1 tsp filling. Pinch edges to form triangle.
Brush with a beaten egg on ungreased tray. Bake 15
to 20 minutes at 325°.
