|
Place one slice of butter and 1 tbsp of sauce on
foil. Put tilapia on top. Add one more slice of
butter and 1 tbsp of sauce on top. Repeat with
second piece of tilapia

Add half the Jim Beam to each. Fold the foil around
the fish carefully and tightly.
|
|
|
Heat grill to high and place wrapped fish on grill.
Cook on each side for 5 minutes. Open up and let
cool slightly.
|
|
|
Sprinkle with cilantro.
