     Fried Rice/Cauliflower

Ingredients
Tamari Soy Sauce
Fresh cauliflower processed into fine texture
Frozen vegatables-I like peas
Coconut Oil or Sesame Seed Oil
3 or more Eggs beaten
Cut up raw chicken, pork or beef (optional)
 

Instructions
In a wok or heavy skillet pour 2 T. oil bring to hot and add meat if desired. Add rice and/or cauliflower when beef is cooked through, stirring constantly. While cooking add soy sauce to taste. After 5 min., add frozen vegetables, and continue to stir for 5min. Add beaten eggs, cook until done and serve immediately.
Serving Suggestions
Can be a side dish or main dish.
