Crumb Samoas in blender or food processor and mix with whipped topping or whipped cream (3 cookies per cup of whipped product). Place cupcake papers in muffin tin and fill with mixture. Cover tightly and freeze. When ready to serve, top with cherry or a prepared caramel, butterscotch or chocolate sauce.
