In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Combine oats, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Stir in raisins and pecans. Pour into greased 3 quart microwave-safe dish. Cover and microwave on high for 4 minutes; stir. Cook at 50 percent power for 6 minutes or until oats are tender. Serve warm with additional milk.
