Prepare apples. Mix oil, sugar and eggs until creamy. Add flour, salt and soda, vanilla and baking powder. Beat well. Stir in nuts. Bake in greased 9 x 13 pan at 350 for 50-55 minutes.
Glaze-
Put powdered sugar in small bowl. Add warm milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Add powdered sugar or milk to create desired consistency. Glaze should be able to be drizzled on cake.
