     Spinach and Almond Meatloaf

Ingredients
1. 1/2 Lbs. lean ground beef
1/4 C toasted slivered almonds
1 C. Skim milk
1 T. Worcester Sauce
1 1/2 t. Dried basil
1 /4 t. Salt
1/2 t. Ground mustard
1/4 t. Pepper
1/8 t garlic powder
 
1 egg
3 Slices whole wheat bread(crusts removed) torn into small pieces
1/4 C. Finely chopped onion
1 10oz. Package frozen chopped spinach , thawed and squeezed dry.

Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a larger bowl, combine all ingredients and mix lightly. Shape into a 9- by- 5 inch loaf. In a 9 by 13 baking dish lined with foil, place a rack coated with cooking spray. Place loaf on backing rack for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 min. Or until cooking thermometer reads 160 degrees.
PER SERVING- 190 calories(33% from fat) 7g fat(2.1 g. Saturated), 74 mg cholesterol , 9 g. Carbohydrates, 24 G protein,251 mg sodium, 2 g. Dietary fiber
