Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a larger bowl, combine all
ingredients and mix lightly. Shape into a 9- by- 5 inch loaf. In a
9 by 13 baking dish lined with foil, place a rack coated with
cooking spray. Place loaf on backing rack for 1 hour to 1 hour
and 15 min. Or until cooking thermometer reads 160 degrees.
