     Cranberry chutney

Ingredients
4 C. Cranberries, sorted ans washed
2small oranges, cut in 1/8's, seeds removed (do not remove peel)
1lemon,cut into 1/4's and seeds removed(do not peel)
2 Granny Smith apples, cored and cut into 1/8's
1 C. Raisins
1/2 t. Ground ginger
2 T. Grated onion
1/2t t. Cinnamon
1 C. Firmly packed brown sugar
 
2 T. Finally chopped crystallized ginger
1 C. Chopped pecans

Instructions
Chop cranberries , oranges, lemon, apples and raisins in a food processor. Place in a large bowl and add remaining ingredients, stir to incorporated.
Tightly cover and refrigerate . Will keep about a month. Makes great gifts.
