2small oranges, cut in 1/8's, seeds removed (do not remove peel)

1lemon,cut into 1/4's and seeds removed(do not peel)

2 Granny Smith apples, cored and cut into 1/8's

1 C. Raisins
|
|
1/2 t. Ground ginger
|
|
2 T. Grated onion
|
|
1/2t t. Cinnamon
|
|
1 C. Firmly packed brown sugar
|
|

2 T. Finally chopped crystallized ginger
|

1 C. Chopped pecans
|

Instructions |
|
|
Chop cranberries , oranges, lemon, apples and raisins in a
food processor. Place in a large bowl and add remaining
ingredients, stir to incorporated.

Tightly cover and refrigerate . Will keep about a month.
Makes great gifts.
