Instructions
CUT CARROTS DIAGNOLLY SO THEY THEY ARE LONG AND THIN. CUT LEMON INTO FOUR PARTS.
PLACE CARROTS, ONION, LEMON, AND ONE WHOLE JALAPENO IN A SEAL-ABLE BOWL OR JAR LARGE ENOUGH TO FIT THEM ALL.
FILL BOWL OR JAR WITH HALF VINEGAR AND HALF WATER
LET SIT FOR 3 DAYS OR UNTIL CARROTS AND ONIONS ARE SOFT. - FOR FASTER PROCESS, BOIL CARROTS UNTIL TENDER.. ABOUT 5 MINUTES.. PLACE IN FRIDGE FOR AT LEAST 12 HOURS
