     Country Gravy Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
1 roll Jimmy Dean pork breakfast sausage (mild or hot)
1 pkg Pioneer brand Peppered Sausage Gravy Mix (or brand of your choice that makes 2 cups)
1 cup Cheddar Cheese (I used 2 cups)
6 eggs
1/2 C milk
salt and pepper
1 can Pillsbury Grands biscuits
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Take a 9x13 pan and spray it with Pam or whatever you like to use. Cut biscuits into 1 in pieces and line bottom of pan. Brown Sausage and scatter over biscuits. Sprinkle with Cheddar Cheese. Whisk eggs and milk with a pinch of salt and pepper and pour it over the pan. Make Gravy mix per package directions and pour over. Bake in the oven for about 30-45 minutes.
Next time I think I will make 2 packets of gravy and use one to pour over it once it is on the plate. And it definitely needs salt and pepper!
