     Pecan Cups

Ingredients
1/2 c softened butter
1 c flour
2/3 c packed brown sugar
1 T melted butter
dash salt
1 pkg softened cream cheese
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c chopped pecans
 

Instructions
In medium bowl, beat butter and cream cheese until blended. Add flour. Beat well. cover. Refrigerate about a hour.
Heat oven to 325. In small bowl, stir together egg, brown sugar, butter, vanilla and salt until well blended. Shape dough into one inch balls. Press dough evenly against bottom and sides of each cup. Spoon about 1 teaspoon pecans into each. Fill each cup with egg mixture. Bake 25 minutes or until filling is set. Cool in pan on rack.
