     Cream Puffs

Ingredients
1 c flour
1/4 tsp salt
4 eggs
1/2 c shortening
1 c water
 

Instructions
Spoon flour into cup and level off. Put in bowl. Add salt. Bring shortening and water to boil in pan over medium heat. Add blended ingredients quickly. Beat constantly until mix leaves sides and forms ball. Remove from heat. Cool slightly. Add eggs one at a time, beat until smooth after each one. Drop by heaping Tablespoons onto ungreased sheet. Bake at 400 for 40-45 minutes. Cool completely. Remove tops and fill with pudding. Replace tops.
When making the pudding for the filling, use 1/2 c less milk than the package calls for. Can use any flavor you want.
