Prepare pre-cooked chicken. Discard all skin, bones, and fat (or save to make stock). Cut larger pieces of meat into hearty chunks. Prepare vegetables.
Dissolve boillon in boiling water, and add all ingredients, simmering until all is done. Remove bay leaves and serve.
