2 cans black eyed peas, drained

1 can. White hominy, drained
|
|
1 can diced ro-tel
|

Chopped green pepper
|
|
1/2 red onion
|

1-can 4oz chopped pimiento

Instructions |

Boil-
Apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, canola oil, water and. Pepper
COOL MIXTURE
|
|

Combine the remaining ingredients. When dressing has
cooled, add to cavier. Chill for 24 hours.
Drain off excess dressing before serving.
