     Texas Cavier

Ingredients
3/4 C. Apple Cider vinegar
1/2 C sugar
1 t. Salt
1/2 C. Canola Oil
1 T.water
1/2 t. Pepper
2 cans black eyed peas, drained
1 can. White hominy, drained
1 can diced ro-tel
 
Chopped green pepper
1/2 red onion
1-can 4oz chopped pimiento

Instructions
Boil- Apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, canola oil, water and. Pepper COOL MIXTURE
Combine the remaining ingredients. When dressing has cooled, add to cavier. Chill for 24 hours. Drain off excess dressing before serving.
SERVE WITH TOSTITOS SCOOPS.
