     Hot South of the Border Dip

Ingredients
1 pkg South of the Border Mix and Topping (Longaberger item)
1 1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
 

Instructions
Mix contents of South of the Border mix with sour cream and cheddar cheese. Heat by- Microwave on high for 2 min, stirring every 30 seconds. Pour into fondue pot and warm until cheese is melted. Pour into oven safe dish and warm at 350 degrees about 10 min or until cheese is melted. pour into sauce pan and heat, stirring constantly over med-high heat until the cheese is melted. Serve with a variety of tortilla chips, breads, crackers or vegetables.
low fat alternative- simply use no fat or low fat sour cream and cheddar cheese. some low fat cheeses may not melt as well.
