Melt butter.
Crush oreos.
Mix together.
Press into 9x13 pan reserving some for the top.
Mix cream cheese with half of the cool whip and spread over crust.
Mix pudding with milk and spread over cream cheese layer.
Spread rest of cool whip on the pudding layer.
Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.
