     Southwestern Spicy Beef

Ingredients
1 Oven Bag (large size)
2 T flour
1 1/2 lbs round steak, cut into thin slices
1 T hot chili powder
1/2 to 1 tsp cumin
1 (15 oz) can black beans, undrained
1 (14 1/2 oz) can chunky salsa style tomatoes, undrained
1/4 Cup water
6 (8 inch) flour tortillas, heated
 
Toppings- sour cream, chopped tomatoes, shredded Cheddar chees

Instructions
Place oven bag in a 13 x 9 baking pan. Add flour to bag; twist end and shake to coat inside. Add round steak, chili powder, and cumin; squeeze bag to coat round steak with spice mixture. Arrange beef in a single layer; pour black beans, tomatoes and water evenly over beef. Close bag with nylon tie; cut six 1/2 inch slits in top of bag. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until beef is tender. Serve with tortillas and desired toppings.
