     Spinach Noodles

Ingredients
Reames Homestyle Egg Noodles
Toasted pine nuts, optional
2 (10oz. Frozen chopped spinach, thawed)
2 T. Olive Oil
1/2 C. Chopped onioni
2 C. Prepared Alfredo sauce
1/2 t. Ground black pepper
1 C. Diced cooked ham
1/2 C. Grated Parmesan cheese, plus extra for serving
 

Instructions
Bring 8 cups of water to a boil in a large saucepan. Add egg noodles and cook according to to directions. Drain well and set aside. In same pan, heat oil over medium heat;add onions and cook for 3 minutes or until tender. Add Alfredo sauce, nutmeg pepper and ham and heat until hot, about 5 to 7 minutes. Add cheese and spinach and mix to combine. Add noodles and heat 5 to 7 minutes or until noodles are thoroughly heated. Serve with additional Parmesan cheese and toasted PO e nuts.
