     Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients
2 lb brussel sprouts
4 T olive oil
5 cloves, garlic minced
1 lemon juiced and zested
3 T gruyere, grated
sea salt
pepper
 

Instructions
Clean sprouts and remove outter leave and cut in half. Heat oil and saute 7-8 min til outer part is carmelized brown and soft. Add garlic half way through cooking time. Reduce heat and add lemon juice and zest, salt and pepper. Add cheese and serve.
