Preheat over to 350F. For praline layer, mix two eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla until well blended. Add coconut and pecans; mix well.
Prepare brownie mix according to chewy fudge package directions. Spread half brownie batter into greased 9x13-inch pan. Top with praline mixture and pour remaining brownie batter evenly on top.
Bake at 350F for 35-40minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
