Crust- 1 C. Flour, 1/2 C. Butter. And 1/4C. Powdered sugar
Filling- 8oz. cream cheese, 1/2 C. Sugar
Topping- 11/2 C. Strawberries, 1 T. Sugar, 1 T. Cornstarch
Instructions
Crust- blend together flour, butter and powdered sugar and
press into the bottom of a 9 inch pie pan until evenly
distributed. Bake at 375 degrees until golden brown.
Filling- Blend cream cheese and sugar together. Spread on
cooled pie crust.
Topping- Sweeten strawberries with and add cornstarch.
Bring mixture to a simmer. When mixture thickens remove
from heat and let cool. Spread topping over filling. Chill for at
least 1 hour.
