melt the butter in a skillet on medium
|

|
|
add rice and pasta until brown. stirring constantly so mix doesn't burn.
|
|
|
|
add water and the spices. turn heat to high until
it boils. stir
|
|
|
|
lower temp and simmer covered about 15 min until water is absorbed.
