     Horseradish Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
4Tb of creamy horseradish (2Tb if raw)
1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp light mayonnaise
2 Tbsp chopped chives or the greens of a green onion
1/2ts kosher salt (or to taste)
1/2ts ground black pepper
1/2ts garlic powder
 
Note- Substitute dill for chives if preparing for fish

Instructions
Combine all ingredients. Let set in refrigerator for an hour to incorporate flavors.
Great for pork, fish or chicken.
