     Maple Glazed Baby Carrots

Ingredients
2 lb baby carrots
1/4 C catalina dressing
1/4 C maple syrup
1 T butter
1/2 C pecan pieces
 

Instructions
Cook carrots in saucepan in enough boiling water to cover, 12-14 minutes. Drain and set aside. Mix dressing and syrup in saucepan. Heat on medium until bubble. Add carrots and cook until glaze is thickened. Add butter, stir until melted. Add pecans.
