Crust -
Mix the Flour, 2 TBSP sugar, milk, oil and salt together. Press into a pie pan and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
Filling -
Bring 1 Cup sugar, 1 Cup water, and corn starch to a boil until thick and clear. Add jello. Let cool then pour over cut strawberries in the pie shell. Cool before serving.
