Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
3 pieces of bread, toasted (or 1/2 cup)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 dash ketchup
1 dash Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion powder
1 teaspoon Basil
 
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Oil

Instructions
Toast bread to a dark brown. Crumble in a large bowl. Add all ingredients to bowl and mix by hand. Use your bare hands for the best results.
Roll meatballs to roughly the size of golf balls. On another burner, heat crock pot or pan with spaghetti sauce on simmer.
Lightly fry meatballs until nearly done. Remove meatballs from oil and place on rack or plate to drain of excess oil. Transfer meatballs to pan with spaghetti sauce, let simmer for 15 minutes, stirring often.
Serving Suggestions
You can skip the frying for a healthier alternative, but beware- meatballs may be mushy. Frying them briefly gives them a crunchier texture.
