-1 kg yoghurt
-2 litre water
-5 tablespoon bhesan
-3 full garlic
-Some anar
-3 tablespoon dry dhania
-1 tablespoon zeera
-1 handful chopped ginger
-1 tablespoon red chili
-1 tablespoon salt
-1 /2 tablespoon haldi
-Onions- 2 big ones
Sauté onions, crush garlic, anar and dry dhania together with some yoghurt then add to the onions. Add spices and cook on low flame. Make lassi with yoghurt, water and bhesan blend until foamy. Add to the masala mixture and cook on high heat, cook half through then lower the flame. At the end brown ginger and zeera add garam masala to the kadhi and then add the bhagar and turn off heat.
