     Ground Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
1 red bell pepper, chopped (or use all green pepper)
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 large cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 cup beef stock
 
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
cooked rice

Instructions
1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook and stir the ground beef until evenly browned. Drain, and set aside. 2. Heat several tablespoons of oil in the skillet over medium heat. Stir in the red bell pepper, green bell pepper, garlic, and ginger. Season salt, and pepper. Cook and stir until tender. 3. Return the beef to the skillet. Mix in the beef stock, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook and stir until slightly thickened and heated through. 4. Serve over the cooked rice.
