     Farmers Casserole

Ingredients
3 Cups Frozen Shredded Hash Browns
1 Cup Diced Ham
1/4 Cup Sliced Green Onions
3/4 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (3 oz.)
4 Eggs, Beaten
1 1/2 Cups Evaporated Milk (regular or skim)
1/8 TSP Salt
1/4 TSP Pepper
 

Instructions
Grease a 2 quart baking dish and arrange potatoes evenly on the bottom. Sprinkle ham, green onions and cheese over potatoes. In a medium mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over potato mixture in baking dish. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes of until the center is set. Let set 5 minutes before serving.
