1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Line two 8x8 pans with waxed paper.
3. Combine butter and chocolate in a large b
Microwave safe bowl.
4. Microwave on high, stirring frequently, until chocolate is
melted, about 75 seconds. Stir to mix well.
5. Add sugar, and flour, and vanilla extract to chocolate
mixture and mix well. Let stand and cool slightly.
6. Add eggs and mix well. Spoon mixture into prepared pans .
7. Bake until set, about 5 min. Cut each pan of brownies into 9
squares.
8. Place a brownie on each of 9 individual serving plates.
Place a scoop of ice cream on each brownie, and top with
remaining brownie to form a sandwich.
9. Serve immediately.
