     Carmel Corn

Ingredients
7 Qts Popped Corn (2 3/4 C unpopped corn)
2 Cups Brown Sugar
1 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Corn Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
Pinch of salt
 

Instructions
Bring to boil butter, sugar, corn syrup, salt, stirring constantly. Turn heat down and boil for 5 minutes WITHOUT STIRRING. Remove from heat and stir in soda and vanilla. Put popped corn in large roaster and pour caremel over it and stir. Put in 200-250 degree for 1 hr. stirring about every 15 minutes.
Store in air tight container or brown paper bag.
