Wine/Beverage
Recommendations
  Milk, coffee, tea

Ingredients
1 1/4 c. water
3 c. white bread flour, regular flour is fine
2 T Dry Milk
3 T. Sugar
1t. salt
3 T Butter
1 pkg. dry active yeast, not fast rise
Sticky Sauce

1/4 c. butter
1/2c. brown sugar
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. pecans
Filling
1/3c. soft butter
1t. cinnamon I sprinkle as much as I like

Instructions
Add ingredients to bread machine. Remove the dough from the machine after the dough or manual cycle is completed, then follow the process steps below.
I use 2 8x8 inch pans or 2 pie pans. Prep sticky sauce and pour into a 9x13 pan or the 8x8 pans. sprinkle with chopped pecans. turn dough out onto floured surface (it will be sticky)and punch down. Roll dough out to a rectangle (16x8) or 12x8. I never worry about the size. Roll jellyroll style and pinch seams together. Slice into 1/1/2 inch pieces, put in pan, let rise for 1 hour.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. cool for no more than 3 minutes, then invert pan so sauce and nuts are on top of the pan. Wrap in foil once cooled and freeze in freezer bags. Enjoy!
